Is your product waterproof?
Yes, our product is waterproof.
How do I clean it?
You can wash it with either water or isopropyl alcohol.
What is the material used for your product?
They are made of PLA—a bioplastic derived from natural sources like corn starch. Not only does PLA boast eco-friendliness and biodegradability, but its versatility and unique characteristics made it the ideal choice for our creations. However, it's important to note that while PLA excels in many aspects, it's not suitable as a chew toy for our furry friends' safety.
Where is your product made of?
We locally 3D printed them.
Is that possible to customise the size of the existing product?
Yes, we can customise the size to be minimum 3.5cm small to maximum 20cm big.
Does your product includes keyrings?
Yes, we attach all our pet tags/charms will come with keyrings and carabiners.
SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long is the processing time?
The lead time is around 7-15 working days locally depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. For overseas folks, it’s gonna be about 18-23 working days.
What carrier do you use to ship?
We sent our item through Singpost Trackable Service.
Where can I find the tracking information?
We will send you a tracking number via email once we send out your order.
Why is my order not here yet?

Can I change/add-on my order?

How much is the shipping?
For local shipping, the cost is just $2.80. Shipping to Asian countries is $18, while to Europe, the USA, and Australia regions, it's $35.
How do I get shipping?
For local free shipping, the minimum spend is $50. Minimum free shipping to Asian countries is $120, while to Europe, the USA, and Australia regions, it's $200 minimum spend to enjoy free shipping.

Currently we only accept Paynow/paylah, googlepay, paypal and touchngo.
